Bookmarks Tab

The Bookmarks tab displays a list of map locations where you can quickly load previous bookmarks and save new ones. Opening up a previously saved bookmark changes the zoom and map extents but does not alter layer display. Similarly, saving a new bookmark saves your current zoom level and map extents to be recalled later.

You can create your own personal bookmarks if your browser accepts cookies. To add a bookmark for a particular location click [ add current extent ]. You will then be asked to type a name for the new bookmark. Your bookmarks are stored locally as a cookie in your browser's memory. Click on your personal bookmark at a later date, and the map will jump to that location.

To remove a bookmark, click the red () beside the bookmark name.
