Start here! The Henderson Web Crime Map application begins with the start tab where help information about how to create maps and reports of recent crimes in your area.


Navigate between tabs using the Next and Prev buttons, or by selecting the next available tab.

Crime Type Tab
What Crime Type are you looking for? The Crime Type tab allows you to focus your search on one crime type, or map all crimes. Select an individual crime type by clicking on a radio button. Select all crimes at once by using the Select All Crimes button. Use the Next button to move on to the Select A Location tab. Use the Prev button to move to the previous tab.
Select A Location Tab
Where do you want to look for crimes? The Select A Location tab allows you to identify the geographic location to search for crime incidents. Three geographic search methods are available:
Searching For Crime Incidents Near An Address
To find crime incidents near a valid address or intersection, complete the following steps:
If the address can be located, the map will be centered on that location and the map will zoom to a buffer of the selected size.

Searching For Crime Incidents Near A Landmark
To find crime incidents near a landmark location, such as a school or park, complete the following steps:
The map will be centered on the desired landmark and the map will zoom to a buffer of the selected size.

Searching For Crimes With in A Zip Code
To find crime incidents with in a Zip Code, complete the following steps:
The map will zoom to the Zip Code area.
